I noticed the feet of the woman on the left look like AI slop.

A couple of early Detroit startup efforts, 1910 autoette and 1911 bi-car.

Just came across this online. It's a couple of postmen on bikes in Avoca, Texas. Can anyone tell what year the bikes are? I'm thinking 1911 Excelsior, but I'm not great at distinguishing them from those early years.

I believe you are correct about the year 1911, Eric. '10 and '11 Excelsiors were quite similar and the Robie years were very interesting. Had Fredrick Robie been able to keep it together financially, I think his brilliance would have produced some great motorcycles. However, Ignaz Schwinn can't be denied his devotion, and hard work to make Excelsior a brand that is still revered today.Originally posted by EricOlson View PostJust came across this online. This guy on the Raycycle is definitely a bad A$$ biker of the day. Open muffler type and not a member of the muffler Mike club. . . Look at the smirk on his face.
