I found info to indicate that the first photo in your post #5125 is of Pittsburgh Dept of Public Safety radio equipped units. In late 1931 the department purchased 14 radio equipped motorcycle units as shown in the photo. The H-D factory order specifies radio unit and battery in sidecar and "police" badge on front fender as shown.
The artist rendering of the Henderson factory would be the Cass Ave and Palmer Ave factory, with the original address of 1158 Cass Ave. I believe the factory building Henderson occupied in late 1917 on Bellevue Ave between Mack and Benson still stands, the original address was 764 Bellevue Ave which is now 3190 Bellevue.
