Hi, I am building a 1916 HD model J and have been trying to piece togeather a sidecar rig, the tub you have is what i am needing, I believe it to be a 15 thru 17 rogers, i have a 18 thru 23 tub to trade or have $ if you are interested in letting it go, doesn't really go with your bike, would help me out lots! also have a 13/14 HD sidecar frame, springs and wheel jrklover@hotmail.com

I'm pretty sure the hack is a "National". If your putting together a rig for a J-Model wouldn't you be looking for an H-D tub? I believe the National and Rogers were put on a variety of makes. I'm curious as to why you would think it didn't belong on my Powerplus? Your trade options do sound intriguing but aren't compatible to anything in my stable at the moment. I think I'll hang on to the tub for now but would be glad to keep my eyes open for what your looking for and will post it if I see something. Best of Luck!!

No need to be embarrassed... I thought about it after and came to the conclusion that perhaps you hadn't read the thread all the way through. It is rather lengthy!!! So you've got a '16 J do ya? How far along is it or is it all done? A lot of us are picture hounds around here and it would be nice to have a look at your ride!!! Welcome to the forum by the way!!!

Look at that Chuck, mention pictures and Chris is on it!! I always like to see that wicker chair, it's such a dignified rig!

Gary, rain? Nope just more snow. It's still flying out there. I'm a gonna make sure it's clear by the door tonight so as to insure an escape route tomorrow!!!

                      Hey Cory,

Seeing those young and zany kids with the sidecar rig on the beach especially on a cold and snowy day like today really warms ya up....I just hope their not playing rap music...

Chuck! I'm in complete agreement on that zany kid picture. Winter is definitely rearing it's ugly head. As for the rap music I think we can safely say those kids in the pic are rap free.... thank goodness!!!

1914 HD w/ Rogers hack. You can see the two-speed shifter on the top of the tank.

Does anyone have access to the photos that Clydeflathead posted on this thread? The links no longer work and I believe I heard that the gentleman has passed. I now have the sidecar that is the subject of this thread, if anyone saved or has access to the photos I would really appreciate seeing them.

                                Thanks,
