Front not rare. Looks like H-D 125 "Hummer," 1940s-50s to me, but it might be some Brit or European little titter bike, too.
Rear is a clincher rim, so before 1930 or so. See the splines on one side? Brake drum slid on them, sprocket around brake drum. Not sure of the exact model. Harley's used that system until 1936 on the VL.

No! The JD front brake didn't start until 28 and it's an entirely different animal. I don't know anybody that is reproducing the rear brake drum at this point. I will have them on the market by the end of the year. I'm trying to build a better mouse trap. Do yourself a favor and get on line and buy HD book #99404-93 and you will be a happier camper! Bob L
