    Thanks to everyone for all of the input this has been enormously helpfull.......so I guess the question I have now would be......If you ordered paint from John Pierce what would you get? I like the color from Carl's website and Matt's paint cans.........

      Chris, it actually is very close to Hollywood Green, at least that’s the closest they could come with the paint machine at the paint shop.

        A modern paint cannot reflect light exactly the same as a vintage formula anyway. The science of spectroscopy is based upon that.

            I guess John Deere Green is OK but you have to paint the wheels Yellow. :-)
