Wait....Bob, how come I didn't get a beer when I stopped to see you? I suffered through having to look at a bunch of high quality parts for HD in your tent...shoulda been worth a beer at least!Pisten Bully is Harry Roberts in Vermont.

I sold an off set fork to a guy who claimed he was building a '48 pan, but was having trouble affording the high cost of parts. I always like to help young guys trying to get into this great hobby. Would you believe I saw my fork on ebay a few weeks later, and he sold it for substantially more than he paid me. . . . Stupid me.Originally posted by upsrod View PostI was not impressed when he came up to my stuff at Davenport and started his sob story about needing several parts to restore his dead fathers (he was not dead) bike, trying (lying) to get my sympathy so I would let the parts go cheaper!Eric Smith
