Thanks JoJo for the VL pictures. The stunt riding Policeman had lashed out the extra 50 cents per wheel for cadmium plated rims, and always nice to see women riding VLs. And Mike, check your last magazine as the 1895 Holden looks like the first four cylinder motorcycle.

Not only did Lewis Reed love motorcycles but he was an excellent amateur photographer. Oh and he started one of the premier businesses in my hometown Rockville, MD - Reed Brother's Dodge. Reed recorded events in an around Rockville and he and his brother's dealership as so much evolved in the US. I will include many of his photos featuring he and his brother's on motorcycles. Here is Lewis Reed in nearby Frederick Co Maryland in the selfie of the day. Reed took a lot of photos featuring he and his motorcycle with the camera unattended.
