I guess I cannot see her riding in that dress - must be a guy showing off his 2 prized possessions. Jerry

Can anyone identify the other two?

I'll take a guess, Tom; I believe that is Red Parkhurst on the right, and possibly Irving Janke in the middle.

                          I don't know, Eric..

He's certainly tall enough, but his jaw would be more square, I think.

Looks a little more like Otto; I haven't found Irving Janke in my snag collection yet. Got any pics to compare?

(Now that I look closer, the fellow in the middle looks like he went down on the left side of his face like Artley!)

Exactly Cotten...the 'rocket packs' were an easy way of eliminating the competition...

The early Indians had those cylinder shaped pacts on their down tubes, well for racing purposes, Indian relocated atop the frame and hid the electronic components in those 'rocket packs'. This being the 1908 Race Carnival event, with speed records & bragging rights at hand, some of the extra pacts were ready to go back-up
electronics. The pacts also protected the components from the salt water and sand elements.
