          Disassembly and inspection 20 minutes
          Flame/Drill out frozen plug 10 ea
          Pull frozen nozzle 20

          Chemsoak / prep to conserve original finish 20

          Double-blast bowl; remove hammermarks and re-texture 30
          Prep as “Nickel” 15

          Blast Hardware and findings 10
          Hardware prep and detailing 30

          R&R throttle shaft bushings; line hone-fit 20

          Install choke shaft bushings; line hone-fit 30

          Dress to flat manifold flanges; Aircleaner, bowl decks _____ @ 5

          Lathe-cut 3-bolt flange 20

          Weld-out detent ball 10
          Restake 5

          Replace nozzle spigot 15

          Stake ‘n peen choke shaft 5
          Roll-peen choke shaft 10

          Hone damaged body bores 20

          Cut oversized throttle disc 30

          Swage-form venturi for fit 20
          Custom-cut venturi, material included 60

          Lathe-dress needle point ____ @ 5 ea

          Helicoils first 10
          additional 5 ea

          Re-cut HS needle seat 5

          Re-cut floatvalve seat; Burnish floatvalve needle to seat 15

          Cut Durable float 60

          Die-press floatlever pin bore and ream 5

          Scrub for assembly: Body; bowl each 5

          Reassemble and adjust body 30

          Reassembly bowl; adjust 30

              But they trashed both of mine; My career as a machinist is over.

              Need to liquidate.
