I found new ones at Enfield Racing for $50.00 and the tan disc for $300.00 at the same site. Is that accurate? Does the used disc usually cost that much?
Here are a few of photos of the damage.

I cannot speak to the prices but, he is making parts for a "niche" market.

At least you found a parts source so often this is "unobtainium"

"Some of you might be interested in the detailed description of the
restoration of a magneto I posted to BritBike Forum under the name
Magnetoman. It is the most extensive such description I am aware of on
the web or in print, requiring 20 posts over four months to complete.
The subject of the thread is a Bosch ZEV I restored for a friend's 1923
Harley-Davidson that he subsequently rode in the 2012 Cannonball Rally:

Thanks, Paul. I completely forgot to check in electrical on the forum.

        Thanks.

          PS

I believe Brillman also offers rebuilding services and parts:

          Home - The Brillman Company

          Last thoughts:

I have never dealt with Rudy (perhaps others have)
He may well get his parts from Enfield racing I don't know
As I said at least Enfield R has the needed parts and he is in the States
I have purchased wire and coils from Brillman and been pleased with quality, speed and cost.
          Good Luck. keep us posted.

          PPS Really!
I believe I purchased some PEEK seals from Kiwi for my Chief and they were mfg by Enfield R

Ever have one of those songs you can't get out of your head?: Morris Magneto worse they can say is no.
