one of the big-ends is tight, and I'm not sure if it will just bed in
That would make me extremely nervous. The journal does not touch the bearing surface at all when the engine is running. "Bedding in" = partial seizure.
If you torqued any 5/16" bolts to 55, throw them away.Comment
