Funny the box pic would appear to be aplier with wire cutter with the -hand filed cutting edges-,not pliers in the box.

Nice.To bad they didn't spent their time matching the spring covers tooth pattern instead of the "custom"Indian script.
Looks like someone defaced them by etching their name.
They probably didn't appreciate the rarity at the time.
