How badly is it worn? I just measured the diameter of a new pin I have and it is 0.871" on the kicker end. Might give you some direction on where to go with this.

Greer list the standard size .876 and has 10,20 and 30 oversize.
      I ave a nos shaft,in a nos 1935 frame and it measures .874.

Curious if the new .871 is an India product.I have seen some inexpensive kickers but it seems a lot of this India repro stuff is a little off.
Edit: oversize listed for frame end.You may need new kicker and pin.

Can you bore the kicker and put a bushing in it?

Related question here, the kicker shaft, or pin, is a press fit into the frame, so what is the recommended clearance of the pin diameter to the bore of the hole in the frame?

Between a third of a thousandth and half a thousandth for freshly machined perfectly round holes.
