    You are correct about the cost difference being minimal Leatherique vs. Lexol. And I have heard good things about both. It will take a lot of either to treat the saddlebags. The seat is coming around nicely.

    Still would appreciate a little guidance as to where on the ignition the key code might be located. I'm in Brazil....again....for a while. And will see about getting new keys cut when I get home if I can locate the code.

        i just seen it done on "hollywoods blog" he used this technique on a late 50's super soft that wasn't so soft. turned out really nice,not ruined. he said he got the tip from mike kane. just passing along the info.,dont shoot the messenger
