    1971 FLH Fork lower legs

    Haven't been able to find the tolerances on the lower leg bushings . Also if they are out , does anyone have a resource on who replaces bushings ? Thank you , Mike

      Mike, the way it reads in the Service Manual the reamer tool that is used to size new replaced bushings is made to give the correct tolerance after it is used on the new bushings. No dimensions given, one pass through and done.

      V-Twin sells the bushings. They also offer complete remove/replace/sizing. Your decision on that part of the matter.

              A friend has a pair done for a '51 FL by Bill's. Good work, decent turn around time.
