65 fl seems loose in corners

we'll get this narrowed down, there's some pretty smart folks thinking on this, ok, get the back wheel off the ground, roll the wheel easy, watch the chain, take note, doe's wheel have the same tension all the way around? or is it loose and tight ?it don't take much,is the teeth on the back sprocket come to a sharp point? you got bushing's, bearing's, spokes,chain and spocket's,when sprocket wear's out it will get out of round and the faster you roll the more it will gather up on the cupped out portion,hey it's a good thing to have drand new chain and sprockets on 45 year old bike, keep us posted,
