      While information in Mr Fields books may be accurate some of the bikes he chose to illustrate it with have lots of errors.

        Amen to that! Lots of those photos are not to be considered authentic factory examples. Lots of non standard parts and accessories can be found. You really need to look close.

              Are the extra quiet mufflers the ones with the chrome cork in the back? And the numbers were not stamped on them?
