Going to .010 oversize pistons, any recommendations on manufacturers? stay with stock compression? Maybe up to 9 to 1? VTwin? Wiseco?

I much prefer OEM pistons if you can find them.

I prefer low compression pistons for starting reasons and I don’t need to be a hot rod anymore. I’ve had good luck with Dixie pistons which come with Hastings rings. I prefer their oil ring over oem.

Stick to FLH compression, or consider the lower FL compression ratio.

A word of caution from the pistons at BMI. They are about an hour from me and I've bought quite a few recently. Great people and great pricing. What I found out, even though advertised as a '53-'73 style, the low compression (FL) are '74 newer style with the wrist pin hole being .030 lower which will change compression. The FLH pistons they advertise seem to be correct. Check before use.
Some of the ones from Tedd's are also advertised wrong.
