That is a 1966. Here is a 1965, minus the gear.

They both look like 65 to me, what is the difference? Thanks.

Have you looked where they mount to the case?

Both pictures appear to me to be 65's. Just that the angle is off on the first one. Jerry

First one is definitely '65. So is Chris's base picture. '65 is the only one with the slotted top and early base. Chris needs to clean his glasses!

              Robbie,
Where are the mounting tabs on that timer that they had in 1965?

                Chris,
                Look at the first picture.
The mounting tabs are there, the angle of the picture makes them hard to see! The tab is facing you and at a very slight angle down, but it is there. '66 and up have a thick ring on the shaft. and that picture is of a '65 type.

Can anyone identify the model of the base housing on the left?
                  Note indexing of mounting tabs.
                  Thanks in advance,

                  ....Cotten

The mount ears don't show up well in that picture, but they are there. The 66/69 has a squared machine shoulder in that area. Are the sandwiched advanced weights correct for 65? All original 66/69 that I have seen look to be cast 1 piece.

I believe those weights are '65 only.

At least part of 66 and maybe even 67 had the stacked weights. Jerry
