Trying to figure out what your asking? If it's the neck casting? The welds go all the way around the two down tubes and the top main tube and the renforcement tube.

Could someone tell me where the welds go on the front gas tank mount on a '56 Pan frame, I don't know if it welds all the way around or just on the top and bottom of the legs, Thanks, Whitey

Not a 100% sure Whitey but ,I am about to get into the samething with a 57 Pan frame where did you get your frame mount brackets from?
