1947 knucklehead frame ID

I recently purchased a 47 EL that is well sorted and plan to ride as is for a while but I’d like to start gathering correct parts for it for using in the future. I’ve looked through my Palmer book and can’t determine what frame I have. Hard for me to tell with the bike assembled and the frame is powder coated so it makes the markings harder to read. There is an XE-35 on the left side of the neck and what looks like an interstate hallmark on the right side and possibly an 8 die mark by the hallmark but can’t really tell. Here are some pics. Is this an 30 deg frame? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Serial number is in the 6000s

I do not think that this frame is a 30 degree 47 frame.

I think later 1941 to early 1946. Are the sidecar loops welded or brazed in?

How close is the back of your fender to the SC loops? Correct offset fork?

The sidecar loops appear to be welded to me. I can get some pics today. I can measure to the fender as well.

47 non bull neck frames have a tapped hole at the top of the left front down tube to secure the spark control cable. I don’t see one on yours.

It has the tapped hole on the left downtube off the tank mount for the spark control. That’s why I originally thought it was a 47 frame but the neck has thrown me off. Maybe the 47 style tank mount with the spark control hole was added? Maybe the neck was changed? If the neck was swapped they did a good job. It’s brazed, not welded.
