Help identify frame

Left side neck xe-35
Right side neck #4
Left side axle plate xe-7 #4
Right side axle plate xe-6 #2
Left side car loop ye-761e
Right side car loop ye-762e
Front motor mount xe-621 #3
Rear motor mount xe-624 #2

paint is pretty thick so from what I can this these are the numbers I could make out. Trying to find out what year the frame is. Will attach picture of frame also

I think it is an early 1941 'induced rake" frame.

The giveaway is the kink in the main backbone tube between the rear tank mount and the neck casting. The toolbox bracket is 41 only too. Jerry
