The differences I see are the guide stamping on the “nose” is deeper and more pronounced. Also the rivets are a little different and the terminal block is also a more black plastic material. The reflector and lamp socket are also different than original. I bought a chrome repop for a little over $100 and installed a colony rivet kit and an original terminal block . I also installed a h4 reflector and a super bright Led lamp and have a very good looking and highly functional chrome headlight for about $200. The first is my repop and the second is my original.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

There are several different variations of Cycle Ray headlamps. They were even used on 1941 White military trucks. The repops stand out as being new with crisp edges. They obviously don't show wear, damage, and mixed year parts as originals do.Be sure to visit;
