If you are talking 16 inch, there are still quite a few good original usable rims to be found. If 18 inch, I ordered a pair from CWS moto in Poland and they were exceptional and arrived within a week. He is also very good at corresponding and follow through.

I think I have a pair of 16" Kelsey-Hayes, and really nice chrome if I remember. Or, Starklite Cycle has some good reproduction, I think Indian and Harley are same. He wants $239 plus shipping and tax each. Starklike.com I will check on mine and see, likely $400-500 a pair if perfect as I remember.?? Came off 1946 Chief, I wanted 18" on the Chief when I restored it years ago.#7558 Take me on and you take on the whole trailer park!
