  • Source For Quality 1946 Bullneck Frame Reproduction Neck Casting?

I recently purchased a '46 Knucklehead frame for my '45 E project and need to replace the neck casting which was chopped. The frame is in nice condition except for the frame tubes next to the engine being smashed flat on the bottoms. It needs a reproduction tool box mount also. Any info will be most appreciated!

I sent an email to raceframe@gmail.com 6 days ago and still haven't received a reply. The email I sent to his other email address: lou@raceframe.com.au bounced. Perhaps he's no longer in business.

Steve Little the owner has retired due to health problems. The business was sold to some Japanese guys that I have not seen getting it off the ground. Steve checks in here regularly. Bob L

Thanks Robert. I received a reply from a gentleman named Lou who told me that production is slow and that he was sorry he couldn't help.

Perhaps I should build a frame jig, try heating the neck, bend it back to 30 degrees, rewelding it and try to simulate as much as I can the original forging. It's not the correct frame for my '45 E but it will do for now. If someone has a '41 to '45 frame they'd be interested in trading let me know.
