I recently purchased a '46 Knucklehead frame for my '45 E project and need to replace the neck casting which was chopped. The frame is in nice condition except for the frame tubes next to the engine being smashed flat on the bottoms. It needs a reproduction tool box mount also. Any info will be most appreciated!

Thanks Robert. I received a reply from a gentleman named Lou who told me that production is slow and that he was sorry he couldn't help.
Perhaps I should build a frame jig, try heating the neck, bend it back to 30 degrees, rewelding it and try to simulate as much as I can the original forging. It's not the correct frame for my '45 E but it will do for now. If someone has a '41 to '45 frame they'd be interested in trading let me know.Last edited by JC Hixon; 03-19-2018, 08:29 PM.
