It definitely is a mid year frame (later 41 to mid 46) If the sidecar loops are brazed that puts it to 41 to 45ish. Most 41's have the 'T' bracket on the toolbox strap riveted on - I cannot see yours but I suspect it is a later bracket because it has extra holes.
