Unknown seat

Hi,

My uncle had this seat in his garage; there are no markings but after a search, I “think”, it may be an early ‘40s harley - though I may be dead wrong. At any rate, it’s now in my garage and I don’t need/want it so if you want it then it’s yours for the price of shipping (if you live in the San Francisco, CA area then you can pick it up for free).

After looking more carefully, your seat is a Harley Buddy seat. These ribs are curved but on the Indian, they are "Straight as an arrow".

Also note the Indian Chummy seat 'nose' is 'blunter' (less rounded) than the H-D Buddy seat.

Eric Olson - Hi Eric. I still have the seat. I didn’t receive the PM (or maybe I did but I don’t see a way to view PMs and life has kept me from the site these last few weeks). Let me know if you want more pictures.

I am going to create a build post and have decided on my first 3 projects and I hope - gods be willing and a strong tailwind - to get the post started this weekend.
