Seat bracket?

Now that I made the bracket, here are the fender and seat that I am working with. Far from mint condition, but will look good in my shop with an OEM looking bracket (that you probably won't see)

I'll get some 1" hex stock to make the shouldered nuts, but that will have to wait until I have time at my brother's so I can use his lathe.
