        Put new D16 plugs in a few days ago. Again I get her started with half a kick and she runs okay but I'm still gonna check the leak theory, do a compression test, and ultimately pull the heads for a cylinder check.

          Just for clarity, Folks,

          Since the '80s, US fuels have federally mandated "intake valve deposit" additives, that make a perfect mixture burn without any color upon the plug ceramics.

          The days of "buttoning off at speed" for a reading are long gone.
