45 " rear fender carrier

I have had a rear fender and carrier for decades, and can Not find a carrier like it. The fender was OD green for sure at one point, maybe the carrier too. The carrier is a mix of a WLA and a Civilian . More of a civilian, with an added Blackout light. Factory Civilian light housing with an added bracket for the Blackout. Guys the bracket looks like a HD piece. Riveted to the fender with, period correct rivets, and fits perfectly, setting on the original tail light. A half-moon bottom edge to this bracket, to fit above the original light. I will get pics tomorrow I don't know what this carrier is for. It fits perfectly looks original but different than other civilian carriers

Likely early '41 WLA type. The carrier is notched so the double high taillight can fold into it as the rear of the fender is hinged upward.

That maybe it, I will get pics tomorrow. I have the complete fender also. And a normal WLA carrier
