    Ul cams

    Is it possible to change out the cams without removing the cylinders?

    Yes. Just unscrew the valve spring covers and loosen the tappet adjustment, remove the cam cover and hold the tappets off of the cams and out they will come. Jerry

      The only other issue is not being able to shim them except by measuring OAL and comparing them.

          I've still got some Plastigauge in the cabinet, Folks,..

          But I forgot how I used it.
