I rode my 1931 VL 70 miles and then opened trans filler snout to check oil. When I removed filler top. a fair amount of oil flowed up out of the filler snout. I believe I had the trans overfilled and the heated oil expanded. Is there a vent in this transmission that should have relieved this pressure? I am wondering if I have a clogged vent. Thanks.
