Speedo cable clip #67075-36 was formerly known as #11136-36 and according to one of my H-D catalogs it was not only used for certain OHVs. It was also used for some BTSVs, at least for 1937–38, and it connected to the top case stud just above the serial number. See the photo posted earlier by Kozy.
Throttle cable bracket looks like #3371-37 (new #56604-37) and it looks like it’s visible in Kozy’s picture. There’s also a photo on page 129 of volume one of Palmer’s second edition if you’ve still got it? And you’ll get another view of that bracket on page 304.
