Both those die numbers are consistent with what the other two die numbers were suggesting: a 1943 model frame.

Not on a UL.., rear cylinder stud as stated previously. The carb support is on the center stud on the left side.

Thanks, in the picture I attached the clip is installed upside down. Used on OHV only?

Look at the picture I posted above. It shows the correct clip and location.

                    Kozy,
The OHV clip is shaped differently than the SV type. The OHV is a one piece heavy spring clip, the SV is two piece with a compound bend to line the cable up correctly.

Front cylinder head, UL, under a head bolt. There is a special provision in form of a detour of one fin out-of-the-way to accommodate that where it belongs on a stock head.

Speedo cable clip #67075-36 was formerly known as #11136-36 and according to one of my H-D catalogs it was not only used for certain OHVs. It was also used for some BTSVs, at least for 1937–38, and it connected to the top case stud just above the serial number. See the photo posted earlier by Kozy.

Throttle cable bracket looks like #3371-37 (new #56604-37) and it looks like it’s visible in Kozy’s picture. There’s also a photo on page 129 of volume one of Palmer’s second edition if you’ve still got it? And you’ll get another view of that bracket on page 304.
