      i picked up a very cherry 37 tranny case & a couple 37-38 lids at davenport last year. still need a 37 kicker cover.

        thanks to everyone! first thread ever. the Tatro vid is good. I watched him for my panhead. The details on kicker covers was especially good. I see the one case on ebay but it's hard to drop that kind of cash without holding it. It's satisfying to know what I'm looking for now for the upcoming meets.

          As far as I know the top cover is 37 only to. The shifter drum shaft has a hole on both sides. Least my 37 does. Bob L

            Make sure they are equal size holes on each side. I have seen smaller holes drilled to help remove the shaft. Sand cast with no date code.
