Can any one post a pic of how the cable bracket mounts. I bought an L shaped bracket that's supposed to be for a UL, but i don't see how it fits my m88 and aluminum heads... It looks like I have the correct arm. Thanks.

Standard M88 has a 15/16 venturi, internal bowl vent, and a fixed high speed jet. However all that can be changed to match the M51 specs of adjustable high speed, 1-1/16 venturi, and external bowl vent. Throttle arm is the same.Robbie Knight Amca #2736

All bowl vents are external (except for that infernal M53 series drool pit).
M88 shown in attachment.
Air correction circuit vents to the main nozzle can be from the throat ('internal'), as were most military and most Indian carburetors, or side-vented ('external') through a hole in the side of the body.
So an Indian 1 1/16" (or even 1 1/1/8") venturi could work in an M88 without boogering a hole.
