Servi-car front end

I have a 1960 servi-car and the previous owner swapped the front end for what appears to be a Sportster front end. I what to go back a original hydra-glide front end. Was there any big changes that will cause a "gotcha" between the front end from 1960 to later years (late 60s - 73)?

1960 had 1 inch timken bearings/a early sportster is 7/8 neck with 5/16 ball bearings the frames changed in 1958 for the hyd .bearing cups

The standard Servi-Car fork for '60 is a fixed rake type using a version of the adjustable rake trees but with only the forward position available. The fork is the same until the end of production. You may have a Superglide fork on there which would have been a bolt on conversion.
Other things to take into account are the nacelle unit is used with a spacer ring to adjust the headlight position. Real Servi-Car sliders have provision for an optional tow bar bracket as well.

the sliders are not different,the axle is made for the tow bar application.

The left side slider is milled flat on the outside of the fender mount and drilled through for the tow bar bracket! Unique to Servi-Cars with tow bar!
