This one has stumped me

Took me a while but I nailed down the business and location, Killmer & Boyd Palace Garage Ashton Illinois. I found newspaper articles & advertisements verifying the proprietors, Kissel Kar konnection and an additional garage photo making identification certain. Time period would be 1909 - 1911 as Killmer sold his interest in January 1912.

Thanks a lot Badger. That all makes more sense to me. I will let my friend know the true facts. Now on to finding more old photos.
