It is definitely LH threads I'll measure pitch (guessing 20 since all the LH's are), I don't understand "a pic wouldn't hurt" statement, I posted 8 pics, do you need some more of something specific? Thanks.

The screw'd throttlelever shows resourcefulness, and the partially drilled hole into the threads (with solder beneath it) will be the harder repair. (Perhaps it was for a set screw?)
One early Hen carb I did was originally a 14mm bore, so anything is possible with Scheblers.

Stamping may have started in 1920 with the HX147, but apparently even then, not for all models.
Gotta love Scheblers.
