Finally got a response from BAR. They gave me a letter to show the VSSI station to use the Practical Service Limits that I found. Next step is to find a station that will actually do the inspection and accept the letter.

No I haven't, but I've got what I need now. I'm sure they'll have the factory build specs, but max wear specs are probably something the factory wasn't concerned about.
