The motor was shown around a good bit at Wauseon and taken apart to prove the second cam did in fact operate the intake valve. If you saw this motor in person you can tell it's not a small clip on motor, general consensus is mid teens pacer motor or possibly trike motor, no one knows manufacturer. I took a few pics and plan to research more.
