To anyone out there that has doubts about Chris as a Senior Judge let me share my personal judging story. I had two bikes judged at the Dixon AMCA meet one week ago. Chris and crew were extremely thorough on my 1941 Knucklehead and scrutinized everything. When the judging was over Chris sat down with me (on his time after a very long day), and went over every comment on the judging sheet. He showed me actual factory photos of the items in question and when he found an item that the judges were wrong about he immediately went to the Head Judge and had my score changed. Now thats above and beyond!!
Chris has helped many people on many forums for many years. He continues to care and learn about what is "correct" and teach others, myself included. Congratulations Chris and thanks for sharing your knowledge.

As I recall correctly that raised your 97 1/2 score to a 97 3/4. A First Place machine at any score.

It deosn't have to be correct. Come on down. We would love to see it. You should seen the razin' I got when I entered my old oil spewin' Servi-car. It took a Junior Second anyway. The EPA is still cleanin' the spot where I parked it.

I will have to make the pilgrimage one day Chris. Glad to hear that the Servi is keeping hold of the ol' Harley leakin' tradition.....

Who are the other senior judges? With the recent changes it would be nice to know, maybe post a list of them here or in the magazine?

Dunno? The ones that come to mind are Robin, Kevin, Steve D, Steve S, Marty, myself, and now Chris. I'm sure there are more, but I never paid attention I guess! I imagine everyone on the Judging Committee is one: Bruce Lindsay (I think he should be Knighted.....Sir Bruce Lindsay), Walt Curro, Marc Woodstock, Pete Reeves (already a Knight), Don Dzurck, Don Spence, and Dave Lash (who had to step down from the Committee), and of course, we just lost Toney Watson; what a loss.
                        Anyone else?

I can say it was a pleasure and an honor to apprentice judge on the same team with Chris last year at Dixon. This year due to time constraints, I was unable to advance upon that experience--- although I was able to attend the event, and it's always good when Chris buys the first round of margueritas!!

What? Chris buy margaretters? Are we talking the same Chris? I had to bribe him with free admission and a free T-shirt to drool over a bunch of HDs at a non-club event. Where on earth were there 'retters at Dixon? I go through great pains to whip up pitchers of Manhattans there.
Ask Kevin about my 'hattans. Last time he had one, it snowed in the dessert!
