Here's the actual article citation: "Wheel Hub Rebuilding: The Right Way to Rebuild Indian Wheels" which appeared in Indian Motorcycle Illustrated Summer 1994 and was written by Mike Tomas.
I took six pages of notes because he is so clear in his tech articles, he seems to really want to genuinely help other people learn the process. Also note that for each separate part, he outlines very clearly 18 stages for one process and 6 for another.
