Greetings
I had been considering a pair of their fenders for a 1914 project. Was their a long wait? Their quoting 16 weeks for non stock fenders, from recipt of 50% deposit. The fenders do look really good, and Im not sure what my other options are. Just wondering how they are to work with.
Thanks
Max

They are excellent. They told me it would take 16 weeks to complete my fenders. Exactly 16 weeks later, my fenders were ready to ship. They reply quickly to emails, and craftsmanship is excellent. There is not much more you could ask of a small business.Originally posted by maxglass View PostGreetings

Not so much an access hole as it was actually very badly rusted in that area. The hole was created by removing badly rusted metal with the intentions of patching with new metal. But by the time we removed the thin spot, it actually worked out perfectly for me to access and fill some holes from the inside!Originally posted by PaulCDF View PostNice; that is some fine accurate cutting to make then close that access hole. How was that done?

Chip helped me form that forward patch and offered plenty of helpful advice on working sheetmetal. I am so thankful for the help and experience. This project has certainly been an adventure.Originally posted by badger34Your assistance is coming from Chip Foose?

Its been some time since my last post. More recently, we’ve completed nearly all the metal work and brazing repair work on the front frame triangle.
a good opportunity to check alignment before continuing, we assembled the hubs and straightened the fork.
