  • Knucklehead valve guide seals

Trying to find valve guide seals for a 1946 Fl. I looked in kibblewhite catalog, but I could not find anything. Thanks for any help

    68Bagger,

As you probably know, Knucklehead engines did not come with valve guide seals, however V twin sells valve guide seals for stock valve guides. You can research them and see if they fit your requirements and scenario.

I typically do not use the V twin valve guide seal due to clearance issues. A long conversation...
I custom machine the OEM type valve guides and use a different valve guide seal.

    Hope this helps,

      Its been decades, 68,

But I used a Manley cutter almost like this one,

Except the right size for these .530" seals that I used on everything...

With proper care and attention to spring spacing, free travel, etc., of course.
