Custom Reamer

Does anybody know of a concern that will make custom-sized reamers or cut down a standard reamer to an offsize? I need to replace a Harley Overhead oil pump shaft bushing and will neet to ream it after pressing it in.

But most of us would just hone it.

(I must drive at least a dozen miles to the nearest machineshop that can grind a reamer. Are they getting rare?)

Thanks for the reply. I will most likely have it honed, as I no longer have access to a sunnen hone.

I was looking through my data and can't find the running clearance for the Harley FL oil pump drive shaft-to-bushing. Does anyone have that info.???
