Hi Jim, I have an original Indian gear shift knob as was shown in the Indian accessory catalogs. It has perfect patina for your bike. Also have some interesting 1946 Indian literature; rider's handbook, parts book and shop manual. Give me a call. Dave 954-802-4307

I actually did two distinct restorations on the car. It had documented race history so it was built into its 1972 race trim first, then I put it back to the way it was built by Chevrolet. If you Google "Rats Nest COPO" you'll find all kinds of stuff on the build and history.Originally posted by JoJo357 View PostGreat update Jim. Love to see a few pictures of that COPO?

A big thanks to ammorest (Dave) who I met up with on his way to the Iowa swap meet. He had some great parts and literature for my bike and filled me with a wealth of information. I think we talked for over 2 hours and it seemed like 15 minutes!
I think I'm down to needing a pair of spark plug wire boots, a fuel petcock, and of course the ammeter. So still looking for some original ratty parts for this project!
