RichO It's possible but if I do I'd say only in passing... I'm not good with names - I remember faces and bikes much better. That said, the name is familiar... but the guy I'm thinking of I think lives/lived over the border in/around Aldergrove... if though he's been down around the south end (it's a long squiggly island) or in/around Coupeville or Port Townsend we may have bumped into each other once or twice.
