We now have photos of all bikes posted in the Cannonball Bikes Stolen thread in Parking Lot Chatter. Should we consolidate this information there or here?

Last night, four Motorcycle Cannonball bikes and their support truck and trailer were stolen from the Hotel Murano in Tacoma, Washington. The bikes were as follows (Number 54) 1919 Harley Davidson J, (Number 73) 1926 Harley Davidson JD, (Number 76) 1931 Harley Davidson VL, (Number 99) 1928 Harley Davidson JD. Thanks Bill, I was trying to cut and past photos from FB but couldn't do it. Lets catch these bastards and return these machines to their rightful owners.

Thank You sir! I just talked to Truck Trailer Owner Jon Neuman and he said that they are working with Tacoma Port of Authority, Tacoma Police, Sheriffs Department, Department of Motor Vehicle Theft, Highway Patrol etc... $20,000 reward for indformation leading to arrest has been announced. TV Stations, Radio Stations and Newspapers have all interviewed the Cannonball Team. I sent all vehicles decriptions, vin numbers, license plate numbers and photos of all vehicles to all AMCA Chapter Newsl;etter Editors so they could send out a blitz email to West Coast and Northwest AMCA Mmebers. All we can do is cross our fingers.

I'm sure the police are already on it, but what about the gps (ie little black box the ins companies track) in the truck. Is 2001 too old for this to have been factory installed?

I would think that the thieves have the truck and trailer hid inside somewhere. Either they are locals with there own hide away or they are renting something somewhere close. The truck and trailer are too obvious to be on the road.

Really sorry to hear about this. It's a bad ending to a great event. We love our bikes more then people understand , it's really heartbreaking , we put everything into them. I posted a few things on face book , and hope my friends repost and so on.
