Any ideas who repairs Harley-Davidson ignition switches?

What is wrong with it? They are really pretty simple all things considered.

      Usually, Otis,...

You just need a pair of needlenose to turn the contact bar to where it isn't worn.

(Be glad it isn't an Indian.)

The contacts are in good shape and clean, replaced the contact bar with an nos oem one but the headlight position has a bad spot and the light goes out. The switch has signs of the wrong hands being on it at one point and is loose on the phonelic base above the contacts. Also the tumbler will turn but not lock out which is secondary.

Looking at it closely now. The phonelic base is damaged.

Check with Bill's in PA, he had lots of OEM phenolic contact rings on eBay in the past.

Depending on year there are two different contact plates; 5 terminal and 6 terminal. Terry Marsh was rebuilding switches, not sure if he is still doing it. You can send him an email . marsh1915hd@msn.com
